SWEDISH MASSAGE
This massage is the most common type of massage therapy. It uses light to firm pressure to help relax you or to relieve stress & pain.
Swedish massage works the muscles with a combination of friction,gliding and kneading strokes.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
This Massage can be used in conjunction with other massage techniques. It uses a combination of strokes to release tension in deep muscles or connective tissue.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Is focused on specific muscle groups used in sports activities to relieve tension and increase flexibility.
TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
Trigger point therapy is a useful an effective way to relieve knots within one or several muscle groups
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Myofascial Release is gentle light pressure slow moving massage.
It helps by working threw restrictions within the fascial structures till a release is met . Most times the therapist meets a restriction an can hold there letting the fingers feel threwfhe tissue
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Is a gentle massage that works in manipulating lymph to move threw the tissue & into lymph vessels. The lymphatic system helps in removing waste an toxins.
REFLEXOLOGY
Is a form of massage that is centered mostly around massaging the feet. I do the massage with limited lotion or oil to feel the pressure points in the feet. Also in your feet there is a direct connection to organ systems within the body. I have witness some effects of this when working.
THAI MASSAGE
Thai massage is done on a mat. The receiver is dressed in loose-fit clothing. No lotions or oil is needed when performing Thai massage. The receivers body is moved in a variety of positions to be pulled, compressed, rocked and stretched.
STRETCHING
Stretching can help improve flexibility, and range of motion in your joints, and can decrease your risk of injuries.
